Many people suffer from anxiety these days, but most don’t know how to deal with it and make the mistake of labelling it as some kind of disorder that you need medication for, but this is not really how it actually works.
Anxiety is really a message from the spirit, and it is there for a reason. It is your spirit telling you that something is wrong and in order to heal you must meditate and pay attention to the feelings(for at least 20 minutes per day). Your body and spirit are trying to tell you something and by paying attention to this message you will get rid of the anxiety.
You may have to change something in your life such as stopping drinking or stopping eating meat, or you may have to change your lifestyle altogether. Use your intuition to figure out what the anxiety is telling you.
Although 20 minutes per day is enough meditation to combat anxiety, I advise doing at least 1 to 2 hours of meditation per day. Thoth tells us in the Emerald tablets that sitting/lying down and paying attention to yourself for 2 hours per day is required for maximum benefit and balance in your spiritual health and form.
I hope this helps anyone with anxiety, I know how tough it is as I used to have anxiety myself.
